Chennai 28 II : Second Innings - Release Date Confirmed

The sequel to the movie Chennai 600028 comes nine years after its first release. Officially titled Chennai 600028 II : Second Innings, this Venkat Prabhu directorial has already raised a lot of expectations because of the cult status of its prequel. The film which is a joint production of Capital Film Works (SPB Charan) and Black Ticket Company (Venkat Prabhu) will hit theatre screens on November 25, 2016. The release date has been revised from November 10 to November 25 for reasons best known to the team. The film has most of the cast from Chennai 28 notably Actor Jai, Premji Amaran, RJ turned actor Shiva, Vaibhav Reddy along with others. The musical scores are rendered by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
