Actor Vijay starrer Beast released in theaters on April 13, 2022 and the movie despite opening to mixed reviews has done considerably well at the Tamil Nadu box-office (report here). Even before the movie could complete its opening weekend run, word about Beast's OTT release has started spreading like wildfire.

Sun Pictures produced Beast which is a hostage thriller directed by Nelson Dilipkumar will be premiering on Netflix and Sun Nxt OTT platforms. MovieCrow hears Beast will be available to stream from May 11, 2022 (Wednesday) though an official announcement on the same awaits.

Beast has Anirudh for music and also stars Pooja Hegde, Sathish, Selvaraghavan, Aparna Das, Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh, Redin Kingsley, Shiva Arvind, Sunil Reddy among others.
