The British Board of Film Classification has revealed the official synopsis for Suriya's upcoming Vishwanath and Sons, set to release in theatres on August 14. As per the BBFC listing, the film follows a former Olympic shooter who finds himself emotionally drawn to the surrogate mother of his child after the infant falls ill.

Written and directed by Venky Atluri, the film also stars Mamitha Baiju, Radikaa Sarathkumar, Raveena Tandon, Nasser, Sudha, Raghu Babu, Sunil Reddy, Bhavani Sri, Viva Harsha, Kaali Venkat, George Maryan, Hyper Aadhi, Srija Ravi, Sarvadaman Banerjee, Mathew Varghese, Kalyani Natarajan, Karate Karthik, and Master Charvik.

GV Prakash Kumar composes the music, marking his reunion with Suriya after Soorarai Pottru (2021).

The film is produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya, backed by Sithara Entertainments, Fortune Four Cinemas, and Srikara Studios.
