The makers of Hi have unveiled a first look at veteran actor Prabhu's character in the film, revealing that he plays a role named Indhiran. The video was shared by Zee Studios on Wednesday, adding to the growing cast reveals ahead of the film's August 14 release.

Hi also features VTV Ganesh as Doctor Shanmugi, Renji Panicker as Daasan, FEFSI Vijayan as Parisutham, Amrutha Srinivasan as Lux, and others, alongside the late K Bhagyaraj and Radikaa Sarathkumar in the cast.

Directed by debutant Vishnu Edavan — known as a lyricist for tracks like Polakattum Para Para from Master and Badass from Leo — Hi stars Nayanthara and Kavin in a story described as "a tale that will steal your heart." The film has received a UA 13+ certificate and runs approximately 144 minutes. Jen Martin composes the music, with Rajesh Shukla on cinematography and Philomin Raj editing. Hi is produced by Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan under Rowdy Pictures alongside Seven Screen Studio and Zee Studios.
