Distributor of Bollywood biggies like Padmaavat (2018), Toilet: Ek Prem Katha (2017), etc are foraying into the Tamil film industry by announcing their backing of Dulquer Salmaan's upcoming film Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithaal (KKK). Viacom 18 Motion Pictures, which has earlier only been associated to Kollywood through Siddharth's multi-lingual Aval (2017) are now officially distributing their first Tamil film with KKK. A poster commemorating this team-up was released today.
KKK is directed by Desingh Periyasamy and co-produced by Anto Joseph and Francis Kannookadan. The film also stars Ritu Varmain the lead, is named after a popular A.R. Rahman composed Tamil song, from the Mani Ratnam directed Thiruda Thiruda.
