Preview of Nanbenda, Komban and Sagaptham

The long easter weekend will see the release of three movies, viz. Nanbenda, Komban and Sagaptham. Check out what to expect from these movies:

1. Nanbenda

Directed by newcomer Jagadish, Udhayanidhi has paired up with Nayanthara again in this film. As usual, Santhanam will drive the film forward, but it would be interesting to see if the movie offers something new from Udhayanidhi's previous films, as the trailer received mixed reviews.

2. Komban

Even with political issues surrounding the film, the makers of Komban are hopeful of a Easter weekend release. Starring Karthi and Lakshmi Menon in the lead, the movie is directed by Muthiah of Kutti Puli fame. Importantly, this is Karthi's second full-fledged rural flick after his debut film Paruthiveeran

3. Sagaptham

Captain Vijayakanth's son, Shanmuga Pandian is making his debut with this film, which is directed by Surendran. Vijayakanth's hardcore fans are expected to support this venture.
