Marina Snap Review

Marina directed by 'Pasanga' fame Pandiraj has been released with expectations among niche audience which loved the director's debut moive. The audience report suggests that the Marina first half is quite entertaining and the 2nd half drags. The biggest complaint expressed is the documentary feel of the movie looking amateurish at many places. Overall, the story and screenplay are weak. The movie appears to be primarily targeted at the award committees. The message about poverty and child labor have been driven well in the story. Sivakarthikeyan has limited role in the movie. But, his timing comedy and one-liners are received well.
