The second single from Karuppu, titled Naanga Naalu Peru, has been released by the makers. The film stars Suriya and is directed by RJ Balaji, with a theatrical release set for May 14. Composed by Sai Abhyankkar, the track features vocals by Silambarasan TR, alongside the composer and Asal Kolaar, who has also written the lyrics. 

The music video introduces RJ Balaji’s character Baby Kannan and features a stylised WWE-inspired wrestling montage, adding a massy and energetic tone to the song.

The film also stars Trisha, Indrans, Natty, Mansoor Ali Khan, Swasika, Sshivada, and Anagha Maya Ravi. Backed by Dream Warrior Pictures, the film has cinematography by GK Vishnu and editing by R Kalaivanan.
