Diwali 2024 is turning out to be a festive week not just in movie theaters but also on streaming platforms. The Diwali holidays will see atleast three new Tamil movies making their digital premiere across different OTT platforms and details of the same here:

1. Meiyazhagan OTT release date is October 25, 2024 on Netflix. 
2. Lubber Pandhu OTT release date is October 31, 2024 on Disney Plus Hotstar
3. Thangalaan OTT release date is October 31, 2024 on Netflix. 

Vikram starrer Thangalaan is a period action adventure written and directed by Pa. Ranjith with GV Prakash for music. The movie released in theaters on August 15, 2024, and is making its OTT premiere after 75+ days of theatrical release.

Karthi, Arvind Swami starrer Meiyazhagan is a light-hearted drama written and directed by C. Prem Kumar. The movie with Govind Vasantha for music released in theaters on September 27, 2024. 

Lubber Pandhu starring Harish Kalyan, Attakathi Dinesh is a rural sports drama based on cricket, and is directed by debutant Tamizharasan Pachamuthu. The movie released in theaters on September 20, 2024.
