After the first look poster of Raayan featuring actors Dhanush, Kalidas Jayaram and Sundeep Kishan, the makers have now unveiled the first look of SJ Suryah from the movie. The new Raayan poster comes with a black and white silhouette of a pensive SJ Suryah, seated inside an open cargo container.

A Sun Pictures production, Raayan is Dhanush's 50th film as actor and second film as director after Pa Paandi (2017). The movie is touted to be a gangster action, and has Dhanush, Kalidas Jayaram and Sundeep Kishan play brothers from North Chennai.

The technical crew of Raayan includes AR Rahman for music,  Om Prakash for cinematography, Prasanna GK for edits, Jacki for production design and Peter Hein for action choreography.
