Actor Vijay starrer Beast is a highly awaited movie in Tamil cinema and the film releases in theaters on April 13, 2022 (Wednesday) for Tamil New Year. Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and produced by Sun Pictures, Beast is currently gearing up for a teaser release and word has it that the video will be out on one of these dates - March 27, 2022, April 1, 2022 or April 2, 2022 (Ugadi). 

While an official confirmation on the same awaits, buzz also has that the Beast teaser comes with a run-time of 1 minute and 22 seconds i.e. 82 seconds. Touted to be an action thriller based on gold smuggling, Beast has so far had two single releases - Arabic Kuthu and Jolly O Gymkhana, both of which have been viral hits.

The U/A certified film has Anirudh for music and also stars Pooja Hegde, Selvaraghavan, Yogi Babu, Shine Tom Chacko, John Vijay, Shaji Chen, Aparna Das among others. Udhayanidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies is presenting the movie in Tamil Nadu and it comes with a run-time of 2 hours 35 minutes and 38 seconds.
