1. Edhiri directed by Bejoy Nambiar is based on the emotion compassion and stars Vijay Sethupathi, Revathi, Prakash Raj and Ashok Selvan in it.
2. Summer of 92 based on Laughter is directed by Priyadarshan and stars Yogi Babu, Remya Nambeesan and Nedumudi Venu.
3. Project Agni is a sci-fi episode reflecting the emotion wonder. It is directed by Karthick Naren and revolves around a conversation between Arvind Swami and Prasanna. It also stars Poorna.
4. Veteran director Vasanth’s Payasam features Aditi Balan, Rohini and Delhi Ganesh and reflects the emotion disgust.
5. Peace directed by Karthik Subbaraj is set against a military backdrop and features Bobby Simha, Gautham Menon and Sananth.
6. Arvind Swami makes his directorial debut with Roudhram, which reflects anger. Rythvika of Bigg Boss fame plays the lead in this story, which also has Geetha Kailasam, Abhinayashree, Sree Raam and Ramesh Thilak.
7. Actors Siddharth and Parvathy play lead in Inmai, the episode based on horror. It is directed by Ratheendran Prasad and also stars Pavel Navageethan and Ammu Abhirami. 
8. Thunintha Pin, director Sarjun KM’s episode is based on valour and stars Atharvaa, Anjali and Kishore.
9. Suriya and Prayaga Martin play Kamal and Nethra in Gautham Menon's highly anticipated episode of the anthology, Guitar Kambi Mele Nindru. It is based on romance and has Karthik for music and PC Sreeram at the camera. It comes with the longest run-time of 45 minutes.
