Pradeep Ranganathan has officially launched his production banner PR Show with the announcement of PRS01, a film starring Mamitha Baiju and Ashwath Marimuthu. The project marks his full-fledged debut as a producer, with Pradeep also serving as the story writer.

In an unusual creative choice, PRS01 will be helmed by six directors collectively called the Alpha Unit — comprising Vishal TR, Yash V, Naren Saoda, Chanakkiyan R, Dhanush Kumar and Ilamparithi. The cast also includes Swasika, debutant Anamika Mahi and Telugu actor Sivaji Sontineni. Sai Abhyankkar, who reunites with Pradeep after Dude, composes the music and has already unveiled a new track titled Aane Wala Star.

Reports suggest the film is women-centric with Ashwath playing a police officer, though the makers are yet to confirm this. The film will release in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam. Further details on plot, genre and release date are awaited.
