As Ajith's 49th birthday is fast approaching (May 1, 2020 aka tomorrow), fans of the actor were highly anticipating a poster/trailer/title font release for his next film Valimai. However, film's producer Boney Kapoor took to twitter to announce today that until the time Coronavirus COVID-19 is no longer a threat to the general population, there will be no promotional activities or PR updates from his banner Bayview Projects LLC.

This means that there will be no updates on Valimai either till the end of this pandemic. It is worth mentioning here that even before all this, Ajith had requested his fans to not turn his birthday into an event online, as a mark of respect to the difficult situation many are going through during this lock-down and quarantine life.
