Jayam Ravi’s Comali, which had its worldwide release on August 15 for Independence Day saw a steady run at Chennai Box Office. With a good word of mouth and positive reviews along with long weekend holidays, the film has managed to gross Rs.1.86Cr in Chennai BO.

The Day wise collection of Comali BO report is as follows 

Day 1 - Rs.49 Lakhs

Day 2 - Rs.39 Lakhs

Day 3 - Rs.48 Lakhs

Day 4  - Rs.50 Lakhs

Apparently, the film is expected to have a decent run for this week as well as there are no other new releases, except Nerkonda Paarvai that hit screens on August 8 and having a tremendous box office run.
