The latest edition of the Muni/Kanchana series, Kanchana 3 (Muni 4) which is written and directed by Raghava Lawrence and also features him is in the news for trying something unique. Instead of signing on a composer for the music of the film, Lawrence is said to have opted to DooPaDoo - a musical platform where he gets to choose pre-composed songs by musicians and use them for his film. Lawrence has choosen six different songs from six different composers, three of which were customised for his film through this Madhan Karky owned platform.
 
Kanchana 3 (Muni 4) is a trilungual that will be releasing in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi and all language songs have procured from DooPaDoo. The film which direct sequel to Kanchana 2 also starrs Bigg Boss Tamil's most popular contestant Oviya, actress Vedhika and new-face Nikitha among others. Produced by Sun Pictures, the horror-movie plans to hit theatre screens next year.
