Santhanam to clash with Sivakarthikeyan


Vijay Television which is a Tamil channel of the Star Network group, is often touted to be a career-provider channel for many debut artistes. The most successful among the array of talent that has emerged from the Television are undoubtedly actors Sivakarthikeyan and Santhanam. While the former is expecting the release of Velaikkaran on December 22, 2017, news has it that the latter has decided to join the race on the same day with his upcoming Sakka Podu Podu Raja (SPPR). SPPR, we hear has been submitted for censor and is expecting a certification from the CBFC soon.
 
SPPR has in the past grabbed limelight for its debut music director, who is none other than actor Simbu. Added to this, Bigg Boss fame Harish Kalyan has sung a song in the Santhanam starrer. Will Sakka Podu Podu Raja release along with Velaikkaran and lead to the box-office clash of the Vijay TV stars is something only time can tell.
