Audio launch of Vijay Milton's Kadugu was different and here's why 

Generally, an audio launch of a movie is attended by the everyone associated closely with the film and sometimes with a chief guest from within the fraternity. But the audio launch of Vijay Milton's Kadugu was a far cry from the usual norm, and had 3 unique chief guests gracing the function of this S.N. Arunagiri and Anoop Seelin musical. Sticking to the concept of his film Believe in Yourself, Vijay Milton who has also written and produced the movie had invited huband-wife hoteliers Karunaivel and Sornalakshmi, auto driver Annadurai and a senior constable who according to the director were true examples of passionate professionals. [The couple provides 26 different types of food at modest price, Annadurai's auto has wifi, smart phone, digital paying facility, etc and the constable actually enjoys his job].

The event was also presided by actor Suriya, whose 2D Entertainment is presenting the movie. Also the music of Kadugu was launched under the banner's audio label. At the audio launch, he was quoted as saying,

"..it (cinema) has given as a lot and we launched 2D Entertainments to give back something good to the industry. I’m a big fan of content driven films like Nandha and Vaaranam Ayiram but for some reasons, there are no such scripts anymore and that’s why we are trying our best to produce and distribute quality flicks under our banner"

Kadugu has an ensemble cast of Bharath, Rajakumaran, Subiksha and Chandini Tamilarasan and will hit screens on March 24, 2017.
