Demonte Colony 3 has been announced for a September 11 theatrical release. Written and directed by Ajay R Gnanamuthu, the horror drama brings back Arulnithi and Priya Bhavani Shankar in the lead, with Guru Somasundaram playing a menacing character called the Librarian — a keeper of demonic worship rituals, as hinted in the earlier teaser.

The film began production in July 2025 and wrapped in April this year. The cast also includes Sarjano Khalid, Antti Jaaskelainen, Kathir and others. Sam CS returns to compose the music after Demonte Colony 2, with Sivakumar Vijayan handling cinematography and Kumaresh D editing the film.

Demonte Colony 3 is produced by Sudhan Sundaram under Passion Studios, alongside Manish Singhal's Dangal Media and Durgaram Choudhary's RDX TV.
