Vishal has shared fresh updates on his upcoming films Magudam and Purushan.  Taking to Instagram, the actor revealed that the first schedule of Magudam has been completed and that the film is now heading into its final schedule. The project marks Vishal’s directorial debut, following the exit of Ravi Arasu.

Earlier, Vishal had spoken about filming an ambitious climax sequence spanning 17 days, involving hundreds of artists and a crew of nearly 800, highlighting the film’s scale. The film also stars Dushara Vijayan, Anjali, and Yogi Babu, with music by GV Prakash Kumar. Reports suggest Vishal may be playing multiple roles in the film.

On the other hand, Purushan sees Vishal reunite with Sundar C after Aambala. The film also stars Tamannaah and Yogi Babu, with music by HipHop Tamizha. Billed as an action-comedy, the film revolves around a seemingly docile husband with a hidden violent side. More updates on both projects are expected soon.
