Produced by Sivakarthikeyan Productions, Thaai Kizhavi is directed by Sivakumar Murugesan and stars Radikaa Sarathkumar in the lead role. She plays Pavunthayo, an elderly woman who earns her living by collecting debts with interest, a quirky character that brings humour and freshness to the narrative.

The film also features Singampuli, Arul Doss, Bala Saravanan, Munishkanth, Ilavarasu, George Maryan, Muthukumar and Raichal Rabecca in key roles. Touted as a character-driven entertainer, Thaai Kizhavi is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on February 20, 2026.
