Marking the occassion of India's 77th anniversary of independence, and the 78th Independence day celebration since August 15, 1947, the makers of actor Vijay's upcoming Tamil film made an important announcement. At 5 PM on August 15, 2024 it was updated that The Greatest of All Time trailer will release on August 17, 2024 (Saturday). 

The Greatest of All Time trailer will release at 5 PM on August 17 in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages. Three individual posters were officially unveiled to announce the same. 

A time travel thriller, The Greatest of All Time, also known as The GOAT (in Tamil, Telugu) and GOAT (in Hindi), is written and directed by Venkat Prabhu. Recently, the filmmaker opened up on the plot details of his film, and has said in the media:

“The GOAT is a fictional story, but we have tried to make it as close to reality as possible. It's about the SATS - Special Anti-Terrorist Squad - who work in collaboration with the RAW organization.

 

At one point, some members of this group (Vijay, Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Ajmal Ameer) did something significant in their past, and now that very action has come back as a problem they have to face. The central theme of the movie is how they confront and overcome this challenge,”

The Greatest of All Time is produced by AGS Entertainment, and hits theater screens on September 5, 2024. The multi-starrer movie has Yuvan Shankar Raja for music.
