The Greatest of All Time (The GOAT) is an upcoming sci-fi action starring actor Vijay in dual roles, and the movie written and directed by Venkat Prabhu is expected to release in theaters this year. Director Venkat Prabu has reunited with cousin-composer Yuvan Shankar Raja on this film, and has said that it will be a while before the first single from the movie comes out. 

In the meantime, here are all the updates that have surfaced so far with respect to The Greatest of All Time's music. Recently during a Bengaluru concert, music composer Yuvan Shankar Raja confirmed that actor Vijay has lent his voice to one of his compositions for The GOAT. 

Prior to this it was revealed that Yuvan Shankar Raja's father and industry veteran Ilayaraaja has also crooned a number in The Greatest of All Time. Director Venkat Prabhu's father and Ilayaraaja's younger brother Gangai Amaran has penned lyrics for one of the songs in The GOAT, and it is expected that this song will be Vijay's intro number in the movie. 

Two of Yuvan Shankar Raja's compositions will seemingly be dance numbers, as latest updates suggest that actress Trisha will be making a special dance cameo in The Greatest of All Time. Actor and acclaimed choreographer Prabhu Deva who shares screen space with Vijay in The GOAT, will also be sharing a dance song with Vijay in the movie. 

Prabhu Deva has previously directed Vijay in the Tamil remake hit Pokkiri (2007), and the duo had famously danced for a few seconds in the song Aadungada Yennai Suththi. Reportedly, Vijay and Prabhu Deva will be dancing to a full song in The Greatest of All Time.
