Actor Vikram is currently gearing up for the release of his long-delayed Dhruva Natchathiram on November 24, 2023, and the Tamil star also has a movie titled Thangalaan in the pipeline. At this time an official announcement on Vikram's next project - Chiyaan 62 (tentative title) has dropped. 

Chiyaan 62 is written and directed by SU Arunkumar, whose Chithha made waves in the Tamil film industry this year.  The announcement video gives a glimpse of actor Vikram's character in the movie, while maintaining that full fledged shooting is yet to begin for the movie. 

A HR Pictures production, Chiyaan 62 has GV Prakash for music, and marks the composer's reunion with Vikram after Deiva Thirumagal (2011) and Thaandavam (2012).
