Composer A.R. Rahman penned story is coming to life in 99 Songs, which is scheduled to release in theaters on April 16, 2021. The movie had its trailer release today and viewers got the first glimpse of Ehan Bhatt, Edilsy, Lisa Ray and Manisha Koirala from the movie. 

99 Songs has screenplay and direction by Vishwesh Krishnamoorthy and it also marks the debut of A.R. Rahman as a film producer. Ideal Entertainment has co-produced the film whereas Jio Studios is presenting it in association with Rahman's YM Movies.
