Dhanush's long-delayed and much-awaited romantic thriller film 'Enai Nokki Paayum Thota' finally hit the screens on November 29. The film directed by Gautham Menon opened to mixed response from critics and audience. ENPT which had a good start in its opening weekend has witnessed huge drop in collections during the weekdays at the Box Office. The film has failed to create an impact at the Box Office unlike Dhanush's previous outing 'Asuran' which emerged as a surprise hit. 

In Chennai city, ENPT which raked in Rs. 2.02 cr in its opening weekend has minted Rs. 21 lakhs on Monday and Rs. 16 lakhs on Tuesday taking its overall total to Rs. 2.39 cr. The film has been facing a similar trend with lesser footfalls in other parts of TN too.

Day 1 - Rs. 74 lakhs

 Day 2 - Rs. 66 lakhs

Day 3 - Rs. 62 lakhs

Day 4 - Rs. 21 lakhs

Day 5 - Rs. 16 lakhs

Total - 2.39 cr

With many films lined up for release over the subsequent weekends,  the coming days will decide the fate of the film based on the reception of new releases. Four films Iruttu, Gundu, Dhanusu Raasi Neyargalae and Jada are set to hit the screens this Friday (December 6).
