In the words of Benedict Cumberbatch who plays Doctor Strange in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and also starrs in the upcoming edition of the Avengers film series, "If you have ever watched anything from the MCU or have been engaged with any of the characters, then this is what is all about..this film (Avengers Infinity War) is the answer. Its the Apex. Its the end of a huge 10 year story arc."
His statement pretty much sums up what makes Avengers: Infinity War so special and why super-hero fans are hyped about the movie that is hitting theater screens on April 27, 2018.
While seeing the film as such, even if one isn't accustomed to the super-hero world would be no less of a fun-ride, but a little heads up on the back-history to this penultimate movie (Avengers Infinity War has a sequel releasing in 2019) would not be that bad either. All one has to to make the latest film viewing more interesting is to watch these following films, that have been listed in their chronological order of their release.
