Vijay says no to cellphones for Thalapathy 62!

 

The Thalapathy 62 unit recently began their shooting schedule in Tamil Nadu and the fan-frenzy surrounding the spot was there for everyone to see. If reports are anything to go by then actor Vijay, who had been a victim of 'cell-phone leaks' during the time of Mersal has issued a strict no-cellphone policy on the sets of Thalapathy 62. The actor's decision seems to be stemming from the fact that during the time of Mersal, pertinent details like Vijay's triple role, his looks in the film and other factors were out even while the film was still being made, due to these cell-phone clicks. The producers even had to issue a request to the media to refrain from circulating the leaks.
 
Added to this, reports also suggest that Vijay is repeating his hairdresser Dev from Mersal for Thalapathy 62. The actor understandably is taking precautions to not give away any spoilers with respect to his look. Directed by A.R. Murugadoss, Thalapathy 62 has A.R. Rahman for the music and plans to hit theatre screens by Diwali this year. The technical crew of the film also includes Girish Gangadharan for cinematography, twins Ram-Lakshman for stunts and Sreekar Prasad for the edits. Keerthy Suresh plays female lead in this film and as opposed to popular belief, she is the only heroine in the film.
