After being a part of the magnum opus Baahubali, actor Rana Daggubati delivered a solo hit in Telugu this year with Nene Raja Nene Mantri. The movie was dubbed in Tamil as Naan Aanaiyittal and was due to hit theatre screens today. However, since the film's title was also the title of an 1966 MGR film, producers of the original had obtained a stay on the film, the verdict of which remained a mystery till last night.

However, K Productions who are releasing the film in Tamil said that the issues have been sorted out and that the film has been steered clear for a release. Also starring Kajal Aggarwal and Catherine Tresa, the movie is written and directed by Teja and has Anup Reubens for the music.
