No dialogues for Jayam Ravi in Vanamagan 

Vanamagan is an upcoming movie of actor Jayam Ravi, where he plays a forest bred, who belongs to the nomadic tribe of Jarawas, located in the Andamans with a population of just 400. He encounters a tourist (Sayesha Saigal) while she is on a trip to Andaman and ends up landing with her at Chennai.  The plot that follows and whether or not he'd return to his island is what forms the story.

While the above plot which was revealed by the director himself in one of his interview has already raised the expectation on the film, here is another piece of information which would excite the fans. At the audio launch of Vanamagan, which happened recently, lyricist Madhankarky has revealed the surprise that Jayam Ravi has no dialogues in the film. Following his speech actor Thambi Ramaiah has praised Jayam Ravi on the same thing stating "Ravi’s character is such that he has no dialogues in the film. It’s not easy to play a role where you need to express everything through your body. Hats off to Ravi to accept this kind of role,"

Directed by Vijay and Produced by Think Big Studios, the movie has Harris Jayaraj for the music, S. Thirrunavukkarasu for cinematography and Antony for the edits. It also has Madan Karky penning the lyrics and Silva choreographing the stunts.
