Karthi's new film Komban launched

Karthi's new film Kombam has been launched officially today. Kombam will be directed by Muthaiah of Kutti Puli fame. Lakshmi Menon will play the female lead. Raj Kiran plays a pivotal role as Karthi's father-in-law. Popular Stunt choreographer Super Subbarayan has been roped in as the villain.  

Kombam is a rural film set in the backdrop of Ramanathapuram. The film will go on floors on June 18 at Ramanathapuram. The team has planned to wrap the film shoot in 70 days. Karthi will be sporting a raw and rustic look in this film similar to his debut film Paruthiveeran.
