Love Insurance Kompany (LIK) starring actor Pradeep Ranganathan in the lead is an upcoming Vignesh Shivan directorial, and the movie had its first look poster release today. A production venture of 7 Screen Studio and Vignesh Shivan's Rowdy Pictures, LIK has Anirudh Ravichander for music and also stars S. J. Suryah, Krithi Shetty, Yogi Babu, Muhammed Rasool, Gouri G. Kishan, Sha Ra, Seeman, among others.

A romantic comedy with futuristic elements like flying vehicles, robots walking alongside humans, Love Insurance Kompany has been rebranded from Love Insurance Corporation (LIC), a movie Vignesh Shivan was supposed to begin with star actor Sivakarthikeyan, and Lyca Productions in 2019. However the  project never took off, and 7 Screen Studios launched the film with actor Pradeep Ranganathan instead.

Following a copyright claim from Indian multinational Central Public sector life insurance company - Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), the title of Vignesh Shivan's 6th film as director has been changed to Love Insurance Kompany aka LIK.
