Actor Jayam Ravi is following up his successful Ponniyin Selvan: I with an upcoming release titled Agilan, and the movie had an electrifying trailer release recently. What follows is the first impression report (FIR) of the promising video:

• Portraying a raw and rugged character is a cake walk for Jayam Ravi since, the actor is known to imbibe such roles with every second film of his. Agilan is no different and his working-class rowdy avatar definitely turns heads.

• We haven't had too many films dealing with the subject of sea-traffic and its economic liabilities in Tamil cinema. Agilan surely pushes the envelope in that sense with its subject.

• The trailer cut came with some powerful visuals and music by Sam CS. Goes to say a lot about the production value of the movie. 

• Agilan also has a list of strong performers on its cast. The trailer showcased a new cocktail with its set of actors and their respective characters. 

Directed by N Kalyana Krishnan, Agilan releases in theaters on March 10, 2023. The movie produced by Screen Scene Media Entertainment also stars  Priya Bhavani Shankar, Tanya Ravichandran, Chirag Jani, Hareesh Peradi, Harish Uthaman, Tarun Arora, Madhusudhan Rao among others.
