As previously hinted by Studio Green, it has now been officially confirmed that the teaser of their upcoming release Pathu Thala will be unveiled on March 3, 2023 i.e. tomorrow. The teaser video will be unveiled at 5: 31 PM on Studio Green's YouTube channel. Previously, a video titled Glimpses of Pathu Thala was unveiled on the same channel.

An official remake of the 2017 Kannada hit Mufti, Pathu Thala stars Silambarasan TR as a don named AGR and Gautham Karthik as an uncover cop who infiltrates AGR's lair. Priya Bhavani Shankar, Teejay Arunasalam, Kalaiyarasan, Redin Kingsley co-star, with AR Rahman for music. The film has been adapted and directed in Tamil by Obeli N Krishna of Sillunu Oru Kaadhal (2006) fame.
