Marking the occassion of actor Silambarasan TR's birthday today, the makers of his upcoming film Pathu Thala have unveiled a new video and poster from the movie. Silambarasan has been revealed to be playing AGR, a feared gangster in the movie and he will be seen in a look similar to the one he donned in Thotti Jaya back in 2005. 

Glimpses of Pathu Thala video also gives us a peek of actors Gautham Karthik and Priya Bhavani Shankar, who play lead characters in this movie. Produced by Studio Green and directed by Obeli N Krishna, the movie is a remake of Kannada hit Mufti and follows the story of an undercover cop (Gautham Karthik) who ventures into the world of a dreaded don to capture him. The film has A.R. Rahman for music.
