Breaking into National Radio's Top 20, Promotions through Drift Racing : Rajinikanth's Petta is leaving no stone unturned!

 

Rajinikanth starrer Petta is gearing up for a mega release on January 10, 2019 and on its way is making sure to leaving no stone unturned before it hits theater screens.

Earlier today, Sony Music South that holds the audio rights of the album announced that the Anirudh composed Petta has become the first Tamil film album to feature in the top 20 of AirCheck's music chart, India's National-level radio monitoring spot. [Aircheck collects data from Thursday to Wednesday and picks the top airplays every 7 days].
 
Now, Malik Streams Corportation, one of the International distributors of the Sun Pictures produced film have taken it upon themselves to promote the movie and that too in a never-before-seen strategy of drift racing. Malaysia's youngest drifter Dharshan Raj was seen driving wheels which had Petta decals all over it.

 
This is probably the first time an Indian film has been promoted through drift racing.
