The shooting of Vijay’s Sarkar is in the final stages and will be wrapped by August. Fans are eagerly awaiting the announcement of Vijay’s next film after Sarkar. There has been enough speculation about who will be directing Thalapathy 63 (tentative title) for quite some time. While names of Atlee, H. Vinoth, Perarasu and Mohan Raja have been doing the rounds, looks like Atlee has got the green signal from the actor. Vijay and Atlee will be teaming up for the third time after blockbusters Theri and Mersal. However an official confirmation is expected soon.

Who will be producing Thalapathy 63?

As reported by us earlier, Vijay will be doing a quickie movie for AGS Entertainment (one of three banners in contention to produce Thalapathy 63). On the other hand, Atlee had struck a deal with Lyca Productions for a film which he had planned to direct with newcomers. With Vijay – Atlee project almost being confirmed, we need to wait and see which production house will be lapping up the project.
