Pradeep Ranganathan and Vignesh Shivan's sci-fi romance Love Insurance Kompany has crossed Rs 54.3 Crore worldwide in its second weekend, proving that audience curiosity has kept the film afloat despite mixed critical reception.

Set in 2040 Chennai, the film revolves around a futuristic app called Love Insurance Kompany, which claims to calculate compatibility between couples with scientific precision. The app throws a wrench into the relationship of Vibe Vassey (Pradeep Ranganathan), a self-confessed tech-averse individual, and his social media influencer girlfriend Dheema (Krithi Shetty).

Apart from the lead pair, the film also features SJ Suryah, Seeman, and Gouri G Kishan in key roles.
