With the bookings open worldwide, Sivakarthikeyan starrer Madharaasi has begun advance sales on a strong note. As of the latest update, the film has sold over 80,000 tickets on BookMyShow alone, signaling a promising opening at the box office.

Scheduled for a worldwide release on September 5, 2025, the A.R. Murugadoss directorial is seeing significant traction across major cities, with Madharaasi bookings trending consistently since opening. The festive holiday frame, coinciding with Milad-un-Nabi and Onam, is expected to further boost early footfalls, and weekend occupancy.

Madharaasi, a psychological action thriller, features Sivakarthikeyan in the lead alongside Rukmini Vasanth, with music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The U/A film is a production venture of Sri Lakshmi movies, and is set to release in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and in Hindi as Dil Madharaasi.
