Fresh off the success of Ayalaan (2024), actor Sivakarthikeyan is currently busy with line-ups like Amaran (Rajkumar Periyasamy) and SK 23 (AR Murugadoss). Sivakarthikeyan is also in talks for a two more movies at the moment, and MovieCrow hears Sathya Jyothi Films and Passion Studios are the Kollywood banners that are frontrunners to produce the same. 

Back in 2021, reports of Sivakarthikeyan replacing Dhanush in a Sathya Jyothi Films production had surfaced. In 2024, the banner's Captain Miller (2024) starring Dhanush in the lead had released as a box-office competition for Sivakarthikeyan's Ayalaan. Sivakarthikeyan has already signed Ayalaan 2 with the same team, and it remains to be seen if the actor also ends up collaborating with Sathya Jyothi Films. 

Passion Studios on the other hand currently have Vijay Sethupathi's Maharaja (VJS 50) and Revolver Rita starring Keerthy Suresh in their kitty.
