There seems to be no stopping Vijay starrer Varisu in the Tamil Nadu (TN) box-office as the film has not only successfully entered day 20 of its theatrical run, but also profit zone in the state. With a total share of Rs. 67 Cr. in TN alone, Varisu has become profitable in the Thalapathy star's home turf. 

Written and directed by Vamshi Paidipally, Varisu produced by Sri Venkateswara Creations is a family action drama that revolves around an estranged youngest son's attempts to reunite his family, and save their business empire from falling into the wrong hands.
