Suriya 42 (tentative title) is an upcoming commercial entertainer that will see actor Suriya in dual roles. The movie is a directorial venture of Siva and is produced by Studio Green, UV Creations. Suriya 42 is expected to go on floors from August 22, 2022 and earlier today we reported that composer Devi Sri Prasad has been finalized as the film's music composer. 

We also hear, Suriya 42 will be shot for a week in Chennai before moving to Goa for its second lengthy schedule. This movie was first announced 3+ years ago and last year, there were talks of its OTT rights being sold to Sony Liv even before shooting.
