Nelson Dhilipkumar directed Doctor starring Sivakarthikeyan in the lead is all set to release in theater screens on October 9, 2021 (Saturday). At this time, it has been announced that the trailer of the movie will be unveiled on September 25, 2021 (Saturday).

Doctor is certified U/A by the censor board and it comes with a run-time of 2 hours and 28 minutes. The film's plot revolves around Sivakarthikeyan who plays a military doctor named Varun; He and six others get entangled in a human trafficking web when the niece of his fiancée goes missing and how they come out of it forms the rest of the story. 

Doctor has Anirudh for music and also stars Priyanka Arul Mohan, Vinay Rai, Yogi Babu, Milind Soman among others. The movie is produced by Sivakarthikeyan Productions and KJR Studios.
