"2198 Shots, First Full 8-Compartment Train in India" - Mysskin on Train's August Release

Mysskin has revealed that Train, his long-delayed action thriller starring Vijay Sethupathi, may finally release on August 26 or 28. Speaking in a recent interview, the filmmaker opened up about the extraordinary technical effort that went into the film.

"For a film, there might be anywhere between 450-600 shots. For Train, I have used 2198 shots to showcase the intensity of the fast-paced story. I tested a small camera that has never been used before and shot the film using a new lens. For the first time in India, I have shot an entire train with eight compartments," he revealed, adding that two floors were broken down to construct a complete train set inside the location.

Mysskin was equally confident about its entertainment value. "If you spend your money to watch this film, I am sure you won't regret it. It won't bore you," he said, describing it as a film made with an artistic approach that can be enjoyed as a family watch.

Train also stars Shruti Haasan, Narain, Sampath Raj, Nasser and others. Mysskin composes the music, with Fowzia Fathima on cinematography and Sri Watson editing. The film is produced by Kalaippuli S Thanu under V Creations.
