Recently, we reported that Magamuni, Bigil actress Induja Ravichandran will be playing one of the female leads in Selvaraghavan's Naane Varuven. Now, we hear the director will begin shooting for the movie only in November, 2021, after he wraps his acting commitments for Vijay's Beast.

Dhanush too is expected to be done with Maaran (Karthick Naren) and Thiruchitrambalam (Mithran Jawahar) by then; He is currently shooting for both these movies simultaneously.  

Naane Varuven is produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu's V Creations and will see Dhanush in the role of a gangster. The film is titled after a 1992 Rahman, Sripriya movie and its technical crew includes Yuvan Shankar Raja for music, Arvind Krishna for cinematography and Prasanna GK for the edits.
