Vaanam Kottattum starring Vikram Prabhu, Aishwarya Rajesh and Madonna Sebastian in the lead roles is directed by Dhana Sekaran of 'Padaiveeran' fame. The makers have released the video of Poova Thalaiyaa song from the film. Composed by Sid Sriram, the energetic number in the power-packed vocals of Anthony Daasan and Sid Sriram has lyrics written by Siva Ananth.

R. Sarathkumar, R Radikaa Sarathkumar, Shanthnu Bhagyaraj, Nandaa, Amitash, Balaji Sakthivel play supporting cast in this movie. The multi-starrer film is produced by Mani Ratnam for Madras Talkies who has co-written the film's script along with Dhana Sekaran. The film has hit the screens worldwide on February 7.
