Vikram 58/ Chiyaan 58 is the first collaboration of actor Vikram and director Ajay Gnanamuthu and we had reported earlier the the title reveal of the film is expected to be made on Christmas day i.e. December 25, 2019. While an official confirmation awaits on the same, new buzz is that the movie has been titled Amar after one of Virkam's roles in the film. 

To the unknown, Vikram is expected to be appearing in 20+ roles in the movie or atleast that is what the grapevine suggests. Earlier there was buzz that the film might be titled Cobra/Gopura, though only time can tell if any of these suggested titles have actually been finalized for the movie.

Produced by 7 Screen in association with Viacom 18, Vikram 58 has KGF actress Srinidhi Shetty playing female lead. Indian cricketers Harbhajan Singh and Irfan Pathan along with directors KS Ravikumar and Pradeep Ranganathan are playing crucial roles in the film, which has music by A.R. Rahman.
