Mani Ratnam's upcoming multi-starrer film Chekka Chivantha Vaanam(CCV) which is gearing up for a release on September 28, 2018, had its first character poster release today and actor Aravind Swami's look as his character Varadan was unveiled. The movie is touted to be socio-political drama and also starrs Vijay Sethupathi, Simbu and Arjun Vijay in pivotal roles.

CCV's female star cast includes Jyothika, Aishwarya Rajesh, Aditi Rao Hydari and Dayana Erappa among others and has music by A.R. Rahman. The film is produced by Madras Talkies and will be presented by Lyca Productions.
