As reported by Moviecrow yesterday, Venkat Prabhu has confirmed his next project with Simbu. The film will be produced by Suresh Kamatchi. The details of the cast and crew will be announced shortly.

Venkat Prabhu's upcoming film 'Party', a gangster comedy film, is in the post-production stage. Simbu on the other hand has wrapped Mani Ratnam's Chekkka Chivantha Vaanam and a string of projects have been announced with STR in the lead role. However Venkat Prabhu's film with Simbu is the first project to have been officially announced amongst the rest of the lined-up projects.
