Vishnuu Vishal celebrated the success of Gatta Kusthi 2 at the film's success meet on Thursday, with the film nearing Rs 30 crore at the box office. The actor expressed heartfelt gratitude to producer Ishari Ganesh, saying the trust extended to him was the vital ingredient behind the film's success.

"He did not ask me any questions and gave me a free hand. Trust is the biggest form of love and he gave that to me. In many interviews, I had spoken about not being given due credit. On this stage, Ishari sir has given me credit for my 18-year-long journey," Vishnuu said.

He also spoke about the overwhelming family audience response from B and C centres across Tamil Nadu, crediting director Chella Ayyavu and acknowledging that today's audiences leave little room for mistakes. "Thank you so much for never giving up on me," he said, dedicating the success to 18 years of perseverance.

The highlight of the event was Ishari Ganesh gifting Vishnuu Vishal a BMW 3 Series car, while director Chella Ayyavu received a gold chain and bracelet, and the rest of the cast received silver coins.
